Beta Stores, POS Integration and General Release Information
Handseller is developing strong integration processes with most of the main POS vendors for bookstores. Each participating POS Vendor is working with Handseller to choose a small number of BETA stores to test this integration process in a real time environment. This test process is expected to continue approximately through late April 2017. Contact either Handseller at sales@Handseller.com or your POS vendor directly for additional information. If your store’s POS vendor is not currently working with Handseller, let us know and we will explore what opportunities for integration may be possible going-forward.
Following the successful completion of the BETA test process, Handseller anticipates making the Handseller Suite available to all interested bookstores. Contact Handseller at sales@Handseller.com , or your store’s POS vendor, for additional subscription information.
Handseller Mobile App -Early Summer 2017
The Handseller Mobile App is currently in pre-BETA testing. It is expected to be released and available for use by customers of participating Handseller subscribing stores by early Summer 2017. A customer will download either the IOS or Android version to their mobile device. Users can access the SEARCH and DISCOVERY functions as a guest or signed in to their account with their chosen Handseller subscribing bookstore. Certain functionality will require that the user sets up a Handseller account that will be directly linked to a specific bookstore, including the LIST saving, sharing and accessing activities and using the HOLD function.
